How is lace front wig cap applied?
Doing it yourself
The lace frontal cap is applied with either special adhesive that is safe for human skin, or tape. The adhesive disappears into the lace front and creates the illusion of hair growing directly out of the scalp. Dependant on the type of glue used to apply the lace some suggest that the Ultra adhesive might last for up to three weeks.
Professionally applied
A technician, if properly trained, will prepare your own hair and attach the hair system. This would mean that the system could be worn for up to 3 months and a touch up glue is used to keep the front and back lace securely bonded in place.
