Wigs of a Countrywoman
This morning, Len’s Mom appears on the path in the fields, wearing a fashionable pink sweater and even full lace front wigs. Those lovely farmers working there all can not stop laughing at her. Just like a super star appears in this countryside, but Len’s Mom is merely a local farmer.
That’s a truth: Len’s Mom is already over 45 aged, and she cut her shiny black hair replaced by lace wigs. There is no doubt that the villagers would laugh at her mock hair and heavy make-up. She doesn’t care what they say and what they do and keep on doing her farm work as usual. And she will still greet everyone with happy smile, even though they all hate her secretly.
Len’s father died when she was very young and only Mon raised her up. Fortunately, Len is a very good girl. She graduates from a famous college and find a good job in a private company in urban place. She does very well in her job and the company buys her an auto-car as an encouragement. Many people are pursuing her as she is really easygoing and \of high quality, but she refuses all of them as she hopes to find a proper man for her mother first.
In the cuckoo season, Len’s Mom is picked up to Nanjing city by advanced auto-car. And the villagers abuse her in public so rudely. And in the summer season, Len’s Mom comes back with her husband. They are willing to do some investments in this countryside, cultivating livestock. This business is strongly supported by the local government and developed very fast. A year later, the villagers all become much richer.
During the celebrating party, Len’Mom is still wearing that previous wigs and expressing her thanks to everyone. The villagers sitting there appreciate what she has done and the image of Len’Mom is very charming, beautiful and easygoing right now, even her full lace wigs is so shiny.
