- ·1. The customer who isn't satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email return@joyooshow.com within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
- ·2. Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange or return.
- ·3. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
- ·4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange or return, but Clients need to afford the return shipping cost of the wig and the price difference if any.
For exchange case, in order to save you money, we can give your our ups account to let you send your wig back, and you should pay $40 to our Paypal account (if you send it by yourself, it will cost $80)
For return case the returning shipping fee will be deducted form your payment directly.
After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the wig back with it.
- ·5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please ! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
- ·6. This promise is applied for the in stock lace wigs, not include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
- ·7. If customers can follow the above items, please contact with return@joyooshow.com to fill in the returning application.
